The business model of IT Fandango may be different than other companies you’ve worked with before. We do not hire employees in a restricted geography and instead we rely on associates – this is more similar to how law firms work.
An associate is an independent professional, with an already established skillset, who decides to join IT Fandango because they share the mission, the values, and the vision beyond our company. We are here to provide best-in-class consultancy services for D365 F&O implementations.
The relationship between IT Fandango and its associates is based on mutual respect, which in turns means that we only select professionals who are a good fit with our team and our culture. Our collaboration may be primarily project-based (given the nature of the industry), but this doesn’t limit the fact that we still focus on excellence, we reward our associates appropriately, and most of all we treat them as part of a team – not as cogs of a machine.

We often join complex projects where we need to hit the ground running, or fix difficult situations where issues were left unattended for too long. Such conditions require individuals who have not just a deep expertise of the industry, but also the right personality and mindset.

Our selection process consists of four steps:
- Qualification form
- 1-2-1 interview with our founder
- Psychometric assessment (shared with you, for free)
- Client interview (as required)

We do not recruit for a specific position. Instead, we build our talent base and identify exceptionally capable consultants and we bring them on board when the time is right.
